What we typically cover

  • Power Apps for internal data and decision workflows
  • Power Automate for approvals and system integration
  • Copilot Studio grounded on approved data
  • Permissions, validation, and auditability in delivered apps

Problems this addresses

Power Platform is how a finance or revenue process stops living in a mailbox and a workbook. Power Apps captures a decision with validation. Power Automate carries the handoff. Copilot Studio answers from approved knowledge when a person still owns the outcome.

We build the application the process needs. We do not replace your CRM or your ledger with Dataverse unless that is a deliberate choice, and we do not turn a reporting project into a Dynamics 365 program.

Forecast updates arrive as email

Owners reply with a new number, someone pastes it, and the prior note is lost. A Power App can require the account, the amount, and the reason, and can refuse a submit that skips them. The planning system, if you have one, remains the system of record for the plan.

Approvals happen in a channel nobody can audit

A credit or a discount gets a thumbs-up in chat. Later, nobody can show who approved it. Power Automate can route that approval, record the answer, and notify the next owner. The flow is documented so it is not a private automation.

An agent is connected to more than it should be

Copilot Studio can ground an assistant on approved pages or tables. It should not post a customer email or change a forecast without a person. We name the knowledge source and the actions that stay human.

Useful apps become unreviewed connections

A citizen-built app that can write to the ledger is a business risk even when the maker meant well. Environments and connector rules keep experiments away from production data. We set that boundary for the apps we deliver.

Hypothetical example. A RevOps manager collects deal exceptions in a shared sheet before the weekly forecast call. In this hypothetical, half the rows are missing a reason code, so finance rebuilds the list. A Power App requires the code and the amount, and a flow posts the submitted list to the people who already attend the call. The sheet stops being the queue.

What you leave with

You leave with a working app or flow for one process, the permissions it uses, and a short note on how to change it. We do not leave a solution file nobody has opened.

An app for the decision, not a general portal

The fields, the validation, and the people who may submit or approve. Canvas or model-driven, chosen for the process. Extra screens wait until this one is used.

A flow with an owner

The trigger, the approval, and the notification, written so someone on your team can see it. Failures go to a named person instead of disappearing.

An assistant only with a boundary

If Copilot Studio is in scope, the knowledge source is an approved set and consequential actions stay with a person. We practice the questions it should refuse.

A place for the app to live

The environment, who can edit, and which connectors are allowed. Production data is not the sandbox. Handover includes that split.

What a Free Assessment covers

A Free Assessment traces one process from the workbook or mailbox to the decision. We say whether Power Apps, a flow, an assistant, or a report is the right first build, and what system must remain the source of the number.

Bring the sheet or the approval thread and the person who owns the outcome. We follow up within 2 business days with a practical starting point.

FAQs

Will you implement Dynamics 365?

Not as a general ERP or CRM replacement. Power Apps and Power Automate can sit beside the CRM and ledger you have. A full Dynamics program is a different project, and we will say if that is what you are actually asking for.

Can Power Apps write the forecast?

It can capture a submitted figure and route it. Whether that figure posts into a planning product depends on the product you choose. We name that approach before build. Power Apps is not itself your planning system.

Where should Copilot Studio get its answers?

From a set you approve: specific pages, a table, or a knowledge source with an owner. Not from every site and mailbox the tenant can see. Training for that boundary is on the Copilot training page.

Do you sell Power Platform licenses?

No. Your Microsoft agreement stays yours. We design, build, and hand over the apps and flows in scope.
