Team enablement is what happens after go-live so your people can run the solution without a private dependency on whoever built it. The reports, the refresh, the definitions, and any assistant need an owner, a change path, and a way to tell a real break from a new request.
It is broader than a single tool class. Finance and revenue still lead: who may change bookings, who explains a miss, and who decides a new slice is a project rather than a favor.

A new column, a new entity, and a new source are different sizes of work. We practice sorting them so the metric owner can say yes, later, or not without a side channel.
Someone 'just adds' a filter for a meeting and the official measure changes. The change path says who may edit a measure, how it is noted, and how the meeting is told.
Managed Data Services is optional and scoped. Enablement makes the boundary clear: what your team runs, what a later support agreement would watch, and what is a new project.
Hypothetical example. Two weeks after a revenue model goes live, a regional leader asks for a private measure that excludes renewals. In this hypothetical, an author adds it to the shared model under the old name. Enablement uses that labeled scenario to practice the refusal: a new measure with a new name, or no change. The official bookings figure stays put.
You leave with owners, a change path, and practice on the checks that matter the morning of a meeting. The goal is a team that can extend the work on purpose.
Who owns each official figure, who watches the refresh, and who accepts new requests. Vacancies are visible. We do not invent titles you do not have.
How a measure, a report, or an assistant source is requested, reviewed, and released. The path fits the tools you actually use.
What finance or revenue opens first, how they read a stamp, and when they stop and call. Practiced, not only written.
What is reasonable for your team to run, and what a Managed Data Services conversation would cover if you want one. No standing scope is assumed.
Enablement is premature when the solution itself is not trusted. A Free Assessment looks at the report or workflow people are about to own and says whether to stabilize it before teaching the team to carry it.
If you are already live and the risk is a single owner, contact us with that constraint. We follow up within 2 business days.
No. Enablement prepares your team to run what was delivered. Managed Data Services is an optional ongoing engagement with its own scope. One can lead to a conversation about the other. It is not included by default.
Not unless a support scope is agreed. The session is meant to remove a single point of knowledge, not to create a quiet retainer.
The ones in the solution you are handing over: often Power BI, Fabric, a Power App, or an assistant. We do not run a general tour of unrelated products.
For the owner map and the change path, yes. Labs that edit a model or a flow are separate, so a manager is not shown how to bypass the path you just wrote.
