Problems this addresses

Azure Data & AI is how we connect the systems you already run, prepare figures for reporting, and put an assistant on approved business information. The work stays on data, reporting, and those assistants. It does not take over the rest of your cloud estate.

Finance and revenue feel this as a late close file, a bookings number that will not tie to billing, or a pile of contracts nobody can search. Azure Data Factory, storage, Azure SQL, Azure Databricks, Fabric on Azure, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search are tools for those jobs. They are not a reason to redraw your network.

The close still waits on a manual extract

Someone exports the ledger or billing system because the report cannot see it. The extract is late, filtered differently each month, and stored in a mailbox. A scheduled connection from the system you already trust removes that step for the figures in scope.

An assistant would be guessing

A chat window over the whole company is not a finance tool. Azure OpenAI with Azure AI Search is useful when the questions are bounded, the documents are approved, and the answer shows what it used. A person still decides before a number is treated as final.

Contracts and invoices are stuck in files

Document Intelligence can pull fields from invoices or contracts so a person can check them. It does not post to the ledger by itself. The business outcome is a shorter review queue, with the exceptions visible.

The data estate and the rest of Azure are being treated as one project

Identity for every employee, devices, and the network are different work. We will not fold them into a reporting project. The handover is scoped to the data, the reports, and any assistant we agreed to build.

Hypothetical example. A controller wants contract terms beside recognized revenue for the top twenty customers. In this hypothetical, the terms live in PDFs and the revenue lives in the ledger. The first slice indexes those contracts, shows the clause next to the amount, and leaves a person to confirm the match. It does not attempt every contract in the company on week one.

What you leave with

You leave with the connections, tables, and any assistant we scoped, plus a note that says what was deliberately left alone. Your Azure agreement stays yours.

Connections from the systems in the decision

The ledger, CRM, billing system, or file share that the disputed number comes from, on a schedule finance can name. We use the Azure data services you already have when they fit.

Figures that can feed Power BI or Fabric

Prepared tables or a warehouse path so a report is not built on a personal extract. The definition of the figure is written next to the table.

An assistant only where the task is real

Search or extraction over an approved set, with the source visible and a person in the loop for anything that would change a booking, a forecast, or a customer record.

A boundary you can read

The handover says what we operated and what we did not. Ongoing care, if you want it, is Managed Data Services for the data work, not a standing claim on the rest of Azure.

What a Free Assessment covers

A Free Assessment names the figure or the document task, the Azure services you already pay for, and whether they are enough. We tell you if the first build is a connection, a report model, or a tightly scoped assistant.

Bring the file or report that is stuck and the system it should match. We follow up within 2 business days. We will also say what is out of scope so the project does not grow into the rest of the cloud.

FAQs

Do you run our Azure subscription?

No. We work inside the data, analytics, and AI scope you approve. Subscription ownership, network design, and company-wide administration stay with you or with whoever already holds them.

Can you add an assistant without fixing the numbers?

We can search approved documents. We should not put an assistant on a revenue total the business does not trust yet. If the number is the problem, we start there.

Which Azure services do you actually use?

The ones the workload needs. Common ones are Data Factory, storage, Azure SQL, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Document Intelligence. We do not turn on a service to make the architecture diagram look complete.

Do you resell Azure?

No. Your Microsoft agreement stays yours. We implement the data and AI work in scope and hand it over.
