A missed refresh is invisible
The meeting uses a report that looks complete. Training shows where the last success is visible and the first checks a person should make before escalating. The point is to stop presenting a stale total as current.

Microsoft Fabric training for your team is about the refresh, the owner, and the official figure. Analysts and the people who run the platform need to know where a number lives, when it last succeeded, and what to do when it did not.
We do not teach a tour of every workload. Finance and revenue examples lead: the table the pack reads, the workspace that is allowed to publish, and the mistake of copying a file because the lakehouse felt unfamiliar.

If analysts do not know how to inspect the official table, they will rebuild it. We show the path from the report back to the figure, at the depth each role needs.
A workspace name is not a rule. Training walks the publish path you actually use so a draft revenue report is not forwarded as the pack.
A failed pipeline and a wrong bookings number are different problems. We practice telling them apart so the right owner gets the call.
Hypothetical example. A Monday revenue report still shows Friday. In this hypothetical sample, the refresh failed on a source file that was renamed. Training uses a labeled sample status, not your tenant, to practice the check: stamp, owner, and whether the old number should stay up. Your real failure paths are covered only when you want the session in your workspace.
People leave knowing how your Fabric reports stay current, who owns a definition, and what a miss looks like. They do not leave with a credential or a workload checklist.
Analysts, publishers, and the people who get the failure notice. Each group practices the action they actually take.
How to see what a visual is using and when it refreshed, without editing the official model to find out.
What to check, who to tell, and what not to do, including not averaging a partial load into the pack. Samples are labeled.
The official workspace, the owner, and the refresh expectation for the packs in scope. Governance changes, if you need them, are a different engagement.
If the refresh or the workspace model is still unsettled, training will teach people a process you are about to change. A Free Assessment can look at the missed number first and say whether to stabilize it before the session.

No. It is enablement for the reports and refreshes your team runs. Deep platform build-out is delivery work, not a class.
No. We cover the ones in your scope, usually the lakehouse or warehouse behind a finance or revenue report, and the publish path around it.
A recording does not show someone the difference between a stale stamp and a wrong definition. The value is the practice. A short note can travel afterward.
No. Training uses the rules you already have, or a labeled sample. Changing who may create workspaces is governance work, agreed separately.
